Adult Gymnastic classes cater for all abilities levels.

Come along if you are interested in keeping fit, increasing flexibility, maintaining or learning new skills and having a bit of fun!

The session includes use of gymnastics equipment;

e.g. air track, bars, spring boards, beams.  

Everyone is more than welcome - come and give it a go!

Adult Gymnastics  

Sessions cost £7.50 pay as you go or £30 /month DD  

Plus £5 BG Annual Membership/Insurance
