Membership is open to all.

Annual British Gymnastics membership and insurance is required for all gymnasts and trampolinists, including adults.

Renewal of membership is due by 1st October via the BG website

Fees

There are 48 sessions per year (2 weeks off at Christmas, 1 at Easter & 1 in Aug.)

Fees are paid in advance for each month by Direct Debit Mandate and are non refundable or transferable, 1 months notice if leaving.

Each month you will receive an emailed bill for your fees, this also includes an optional 35p donation which can be gift aided if possible, and used towards the purchase of new or replacement equipment.

 There are various tiers of family reductions.

You will be charged a £5 surcharge for late payment of fees after the 10 days of every month.


 In the event of a serious long term illness your fees may be credited to the next term.

  

Please inform us if your child no longer requires their place. After 2 weeks of uninformed absences their place will be taken by the next person on the waiting list.

Gymnasts

Suitable Clothing must be worn in the gym.

No metal buttons / zips or jeans.

Long Hair must be tied back at all times.

No Jewellery or body piercing's.

No food, drinks or shoes allowed inside the gym.

Gymnasts must not enter the gym until told to by the warm - up coach.

Gymnasts must not use any apparatus unless a coach is present.

Discipline & safety must be observed at all times

Parents

Please ensure your Gymnast understands these rules

Children under 8 MUST be collected from inside the building at all times, and we would prefer that all gymnasts / trampolinists are collected from within the building.

Please ensure your child is on time for their warm-up, as this is an essential part of their lesson.

Please inform us if your child’s contact details change.You must update any changes in personal details for you our your gymnast in the ClassManager Portal click here

Parental viewing is from the reception window only, do not give gymnast's instructions during the session it will

confuse the gymnast and place them in danger.  Please do not block the doorways into the gym as these are  emergency exits.  No Smoking on these premises.

The Club is a non-profit making organisation and has a member's committee.

The Club is affiliated to British Gymnastics and adheres to and agrees with all it’s rules, and policies on equal opportunities, ethics and child protection.
