Both boys and girls are selected from the recreational groups or occasional trial sessions for the competition and display squads. They train up to 5 times a week and from 2 to 4 hours at a time. This naturally involves dedication from the gymnast and family but the rewards can be great!
We regularly compete in the Devon leagues, have representatives for Devon & the SW, compete at regional level
The Display squad give regular displays, click here for a list of display dates around the bay and they also train so they can compete in their own level of competition.
