Apart from the total fitness of Gymnastics and Trampolining we have session  of Pilate's, Total Tone, Aikido, & Judo

New  Pilates Sessions and Adult  Cheerleading

We will shortly have sessions for over 50’s, Soccer Tots and would happily  accommodate any other session that our matted area could be used for.
