Kelley’s Mat based Pilate's is an exercise class for men and

women of all ages which involves slow, controlled flowing

movements which involve strengthening the “core” muscles

that stabilize the spine.

 

The benefits of Pilate's (to name a few!) are better posture,

less incidence of back pain, greater joint mobility,

greater strength and muscle tone, lowered stress levels &

heightened concentration.

 

This is not a quick fix but a program for life!

This class will help you in your everyday life from work, driving, carrying, sport training to even swinging a golf club!  

 

So if you are new to exercise, an athlete or have unspecified back/neck/hip pain - this class is for you!
