We run birthday party sessions on Saturday afternoons (after 3pm) and day times on Sundays (dependant on coach availability).

 

Birthday sessions last for 1.5 hours, including a full hour of gymnastics. The party starts with a warm-up game, a quick stretch, and then a fun circuit for everyone - all under the supervision of a qualified coach. The children then leave the gym area for half an hour of food, drink, cake and wishing the birthday boy/girl a happy birthday! This time is spent in the reception area at the benches and tables. It is then home time for the happy party-goers, you then have 15 minutes to clear up and pack away your things.

A full list of names and contact details for all guests will need to be provided for insurance purposes. Naturally, the club can only take responsibility for the coached part of the session.
