MARTIAL ARTS
We host sessions in a variety of martial arts, including Judo, Aikido and Tae Kwon-do. Martial arts offer a form of non-violent self-defence, and promotes discipline of both the mind and body through smooth, flowing techniques and movements. Martial arts provide a great form of exercise and relaxation, as well as practical skills in self-defence.

Ninjutsu is a traditional Japanese martial art focused on adaptability, awareness, and practical self-protection.
Training includes striking, grappling, locks, throws, ground fighting, sparring, weapons, and scenario-based drills designed to build confidence, resilience, and calm under pressure.
Sessions are welcoming and suitable for beginners and experienced martial artists alike.
