Club Competition
Sunday 11th December 2016
This will take place in the Gym, on Sunday 4th Decmeber. Routines are structured from skills found on the BG proficiency badges, entrance fee is £10 per child. There will be 1st, 2nd & 3rd place medals for Floor, Vault, Beam and P/Bars. With a participant certificate for all. This is a fun competition aimed at giving you the parent a chance to come into the gym and watch your child in action, friends and relatives are also welcome.
All Spectators are FREE, please stay and watch. Refreshments will be available, but not on the mats. All shoes will need to be taken off in the gym.
Each gymnast will need to be in the gym for about 2 hours. A competition consists of 15 min general warm up, an apparatus warm up (upto 8 min), Compete & then move on as a group to the next round.
Clothing will need to be a Leotard or Shorts/Leggings & a T-
